Mentoring
A fast and succesful integration of new employees is a key aspect to be ahead of competitors. Especially for complex topics such as ISO 26262 or ASPICE the integration of new colleagues can be challenging. Walterconsulting provides several e-learning courses for self study. Additionally we provide a mentoring where we can individually discuss the topics relevant to your employees. As a base for the mentoring, the program includes all of our e-learning courses and regular calls to discuss daily tasks related to ISO 26262 or ASPICE, depending on their individual needs.
